Color Love: Pomegranate and Fig

Today's inspiration board was inspired by the lush burgundy colors of pomegranates and figs. We think this fall color palette would work perfectly with a luxe barn wedding - a space that's a little raw and rustic, completely made over with glam chandeliers, a luscious but unfussy fruit-topped cake, little touches of burlap amidst the sparkle, and a groom in a velvet bow tie. Flaw free. 

Blue as Your Blood

What with pastels dominating the runways and the onset of spring, some of us here at LFV have cultivated a growing obsession with the palest of blues. This is a great color palette because its versatility can take you from delicate springtime affairs to frothy beach fetes to icy winter weddings. Scroll onward for our inspiration board!

Flappers & Philosophers

We had a bride come in recently who is thinking of having a 1920s themed wedding - this is one theme we will never tire of! With Baz Luhrmann's Great Gatsby remake premiering at the end of this year, we're sure this theme will only get more and more popular. The possibilities are endless, from super glam Art Deco evening weddings to summery afternoon garden parties - check out our inspiration board for the latter of these options!

1. This airy tea-length dress is perfect for an afternoon wedding. 2. Rosemary gin cocktails - feel free to use Hendrick's rather than the bathtub variety, though. 3.
